Cancellation/late arrivals Policy

Here at Botanica-Home of Natural Beauty, I strive to bring you the best treatment experience possible, and make sure you can enjoy your experience without feeling rushed. 

I am a Salon run from my own home so I do not have a 'waiting area', I therefore ask that you turn up on time for your appointment and if you should arrive early, that you text me to check before ringing my bell on the gate. This prevents other clients being disturbed before their treatment experience is finished. 

Equally, if you arrive late for your appointment, I reserve the right to shorten your appointment so as not to impact on other clients and their treatment experience.

I require at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation so I can contact any clients on my wait list to fill the appointment. Where I do not receive 24 hours notice I reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation charge and you will not be able to book any further appointments until this is paid.
